Dr. Kasper attributes much of her success to the loyal community of Lakewood so, in 2017, inspired by her then 9-year-old son’s work with the homeless, Dr. Kasper decided to give back to the community and started the Smiles for Veterans program, providing free dental care for Veterans of the armed services. Dr. Kasper also volunteers with the Colorado Mission of Mercy which provides service to adults, elderly, and children, who cannot afford dental care.
Dr. Kasper is proud to work with the fantastic team at our dental office in Lakewood. She enjoys getting to know each patient, and she loves it when patients tell her that they look forward to coming to our office. Dr. Kasper focuses on understanding each patients situation and conditions to treat them individually and uniquely. She is committed to patient education, helping our patients understand our dental treatments and the need for dental care.
Dr. Aaron Kubicek, DMD
As a pilot, a ham radio operator and a dentist, youre likely to get a shorter answer if you ask what Dr. Kubicek doesnt do. Dr. Kubicek is passionate about his patients experience, comfort, and the quality of dentistry he provides and though he was named a 5280 Top Dentist the last two years running, he doesnt let it go to his head and approaches his work with a good sense of humor. Born near Chicago, IL where he was raised until moving to Las Vegas, NV for high school, Dr. Kubicek went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in biology from UNLV. Continuing his education, Dr. Kubicek attended dental school at Oregon Health Sciences University and earned his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree in 1998 after being awarded the Air Force Health Professions Scholarship. Continuing his education even further Dr. Kubicek later graduated from the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Education.
In the Air Force, Dr. Kubicek proved that you cant keep a good man down (on the ground) and he earned his private pilot license and achieved an instrument rating. Traveling for years on military assignment with his family they had the opportunity to experience much of what our country has to offer but it was on a visit to Colorado that they realized there was no better place to raise their two small children. Dr. Kubicek believes in working hard and playing hard so when he’s not in a white coat he enjoys his family, the outdoors, hunting, fishing, attempting golf, and you might just catch him on the airwaves haming it up under the call sign AD7ZP.

Marsha D. – Receptionist
If you should find yourself stranded with nothing but a bottle of hydrogen peroxide and Marsha, dont worry she has some survival tricks up her sleeve that just might save your life.
Starting life as an Air Force Brat Marsha lived in Miami, Alaska and Idaho before coming to Colorado of her own accord where she lived in Clear Creek for 25 years. Maybe it was getting chased by a moose as a kindergartner in Anchorage, but something hardened a resolve in Marsha to take on any challenge, no matter how daunting, and do so with a smile.
Today Marsha takes on the challenge of Receptionist for Colorado Family Dentistry and does it with the presence, reliability and friendliness that keep our patients coming back for years. When shes not directing traffic at the front desk you might find her 4-wheeling, camping, hiking or just enjoying a movie with family.
